Pros
- Best support for course payment I have ever seen
- They never work you past your assigned hours without paying
you
- Fixed hours of work - good if you want to be able to plan
for things after work
- Located in Ybor City. A very historic part of Tampa
- Condo right across street
- All employees in team get paid a commission, not just the salemen
Cons
- Very harsh about tardiness
- Dress shoes and slacks required 4 days/week
- Tries to treat all employees the same - thus no software
development mentality. Tries to force you to work non-stop
instead of in bursts like I am used to
- You are not important to the company because their business
is something else - IT is an afterthought and undervalued and
mis-understood

Overall
It really just depends on the type of person you are. Most of my
problems stemmed from being tardy. I also was not used to the long
(8:30-5:30) hours and fixed break periods. If I had lived across the
street from the company as opposed to in Brandon, I would have created
much less problems for myself, because I would have not been late.
